At the core of the micfil Micron Filtration System is a high performance filter. It is designed and constructed using polypropylene and a high quality cellulose fleece, using radial filtration (from outside in) methodology. The polypropylene core is designed to prevent collapse of the filter, therefore extending the lifetime of the filter.

The build of the cellulose fleece, (approx. 40 layers) is designed to withstand compression as fluid passes through, even at high running pressures. The filtration system will also remove condensed water present in the fluid. Additional additives will not be removed by the filtration system.
